降三世三昧耶会《佛学大辞典》
(术语)金刚界九会曼荼罗之一。又作降三世三摩耶会。三昧耶者,本誓之意。表降伏三界主大自在天之本誓,故有此称。
降三世与大日如来《佛学大辞典》
(杂语)降三世为金刚萨埵之忿怒身,故其望大日如来时,以大日为自性轮身,以萨埵为正法轮身,以降三世为教令轮身。故以萨埵之正法轮身,归于大日之自性轮身,则降三世明王,即大日之忿怒身也。见“教令轮身”条。
降三世与释迦如来《佛学大辞典》
(杂语)理趣释降三世品曰:“毗卢遮那佛,于阎浮提,化八相成佛,度诸外道。”是以释迦为大日之正法轮身之意。十八会指归曰:“示现释迦牟尼佛,降于阎浮提,变化身八相成道,皆是普贤菩萨幻化。”(普贤即金刚萨埵),是以释迦为金刚萨埵示现之意。而为降三世之大日教令轮身也。金刚萨埵之忿怒身,如上所示,故释迦与降三世,就其能变而言,同一体也。

(杂语)依金刚界五智如来之分相门,则金刚萨埵乃阿閦如来,四亲近菩萨之第一,故随而降三世,为东方阿閦如来之教令轮身也。补陀落海会轨曰:“降三世阿閦佛忿怒,自性轮金刚萨埵菩萨。”降三世忿怒明王念诵仪轨曰:“阿閦普贤(普贤即金刚萨埵),大弘誓甚深故,示现忿怒形相。”仁王经念诵仪轨上对于金刚手与降三世而论正法教令之二轮亦此意也。

(图像)仁王经仪轨上曰:“依教令轮故,现作威怒降三世金刚,四头八臂,摧伏摩醯首罗大自在天诸魔军众。”降三世成就极深密门曰:“吽迦罗金刚,暴怒处月轮,身流火光聚,遍体玄青色。大自在天王,妃乌摩为座。(中略)即起平身立,举右足左旋,蹑彼傲慢者。大自在欲王,扑至于地已,定(左足)按于彼顶,慧(右足)践彼王妃,乌摩乳房上。(中略)二羽(两手)印当心,慧手(右手)持五钴,怒臂如下拟,次箭剑直执,定上(左之上手)五钴钩,次弓次执索,皆直引臂持,四面正青色,右黄左绿色,后红咸忿怒。自在天王妃,为座如前说,吽迦啰金刚,作如是相好。”已上皆四头八臂,五大尊中之降三世也。属于金刚界。若胎藏界曼陀罗之降三世,则为二臂。大日经疏五曰:“降三世忿怒明王尊,首戴宝冠,持五钴金刚印。”秘藏记末曰:“降三世尊,黑色大忿怒之相。二牙上,左手持三股跋折罗,右一手持鉾镑,二端有三股刃,在火炎中。”

降三世明王《佛学大辞典》
(明王)Trailokya-vijaya-rāja,又名月黶尊胜三世王。五大明王之一,四面八臂之忿怒身,践大自在天之夫妻,在五方中为东方。贪瞋痴谓之三世,降伏之,故云降三世。又降伏过现未三世之贪瞋痴,故云降三世。又降伏三界之主,故云降三世。大日经疏十曰:“所谓三世,世名贪瞋痴,降此三毒,名降三世。又由如过去贪故,今受此贪报之身,复生贪业受未来报,三毒皆尔,名为降三世也。复次,三世者,为三界。(中略)以能降伏三世界主故,名降三世明王也。”此明王以金刚萨埵为自性,萨埵之忿怒身也。理趣释降三世品曰:“时金刚手大菩萨,欲重显明此义故,持降三世印,以莲华面微笑而怒,颦眉猛视,利牙出现,住降伏立相,说此金刚吽迦罗心。”降三世成就极深密门曰:“归命圣主宰,普贤金刚手,为降伏一切,现吽迦啰身,摧三世有毒。”仁王经仪轨上曰:“此金刚手即普贤菩萨也,(中略)依教令轮现成威怒降三世金刚。”
