富兰那迦叶《佛学大辞典》
(人名)Pūraṇakāśyapa,又作棓刺拏,布刺拏,不兰迦叶,补刺那迦叶,布赖那伽叶,布刺拏迦叶波,晡刺拏迦摄波子。六师外道之一。富兰,译曰满,是其实名,迦叶波,译曰饮光,是母氏之姓,从母姓而称为迦叶波,因之又云迦叶波子。是空见外道也。注维摩经三曰:“什曰:迦叶母姓也。富兰那字也。其人起邪见。谓一切法无所有。如虚空不生灭也。”饰宗记七末曰:“不兰迦叶,正梵音云布刺拏迦叶波也。布刺拏,此云满也,是名也。迦叶波,此云饮光,此是姓也。”玄应音义二十三曰:“棓刺拏,外道六师中一人名也,旧言富兰那迦叶。迦叶是姓,富兰那是字,即空见外道也。”毗奈耶杂事三十八曰:“晡刺拏迦摄波子。”
富兰陀罗《佛学大辞典》
(天名)Pūrandhara,帝释之一名。杂阿含经四十曰:“释提桓因,复名富兰陀罗。佛告比丘:彼释提桓因本为人时,数数行施,衣服饮食乃至灯明。以是因缘故,名富兰陀罗。”涅槃经三十三曰:“如帝释亦名憍尸迦,亦名富兰陀罗。”慧琳音义二十八曰:“富兰,云域。陀罗,云破。”

(地名)Purṣapura,国名。译作丈夫土。在北天竺。是天亲菩萨之生国。天亲传曰:“婆薮槃豆法师者,北天竺富娄沙富罗国人也。富娄沙,译为丈夫。富罗,译为土。”法显传曰:“从犍陀卫国南行四日,到弗楼沙国。”续高僧传二曰:“富留沙富逻,此言丈夫宫。”

(术语)Puruṣa-damya-sārathi,佛十号中调御丈夫之梵名。智度论二曰:“富楼沙,秦言丈夫。昙藐,秦言可化。婆罗提,言调御师。是名可化丈夫调御师。佛以大慈大智故,有时耎美语,有时苦切语,有时杂语,以此调御令不失道。”

(人名)一作富娄那Pūrṇa,具名富楼那弥多罗尼子Pūrṇamaitrāyaṇī-putra,富楼那弥窒那尼子,又作富啰拏梅低黎夜富多罗,富罗拏迷低黎夜尼弗多罗,布刺拏梅呾利曳尼子,富那曼陀弗多罗,新作布刺拏梅呾丽衍弗呾罗,补剌拏梅呾利曳尼弗呾罗。富楼那,又作富剌拏,译曰满,是其名也。弥多罗尼,又作梅呾丽衍尼,译曰慈,是其母姓也。富多罗。又作弗呾罗,译曰子。此名满者,为慈氏之子,故举译语而云子,举梵语而云弗呾罗。从母姓而为名,乃印度之风习。因而翻总名曰满慈子,满愿子,满祝子,满见子等。以弥多罗之语有祝,见等之异义也。是释迦十大弟子中说法第一之阿罗汉。初出家,证阿罗汉果,后闻法华因缘周之说法,回小向大,于五百弟子授记品,授记未来成佛,号法明如来。玄应音义三曰:“富啰那弥多罗尼子,又作弥窒那尼子,正言富啰拏梅低黎夜富多罗。富罗拏,此云满,是其名也。梅低黎夜,此云慈,是其母姓。富多罗者,子也,兼从母姓为名,故此云满慈子,或译云满愿子,皆一义也。与佛同日而生。”注维摩经三曰:“什曰:富楼那,秦言满。弥多罗尼,秦言善知识。善知识是其母名也。”法华光宅疏一曰:“富楼那,姓也。弥多罗尼子者,此翻为愿子,是故无量寿尊者满愿子,即其人也。”西域记四曰:“布刺拏梅呾丽衍尼弗呾罗,唐言满慈子,旧曰弥多罗尼子,讹略也。”法华玄赞一曰:“补刺拏梅呾利曳尼弗呾罗,此云满慈子。云富楼那弥多罗尼子,讹也。满是其名,慈是母姓,其慈今取母姓,此满尊者是慈女之子。或满及慈俱是母号,名满慈子。”大明度经二曰:“满祝子。”玄应音义三曰:“满祝子,即富楼那是也。”

(异类)饿鬼名。佛在王舍城竹林精舍,时尊者目连见一饿鬼,身如燋柱,腹如大山,咽如细针,呻吟大唤,驰走四方,求索尿屎以为饮食。目连诣佛所问之,佛曰:此贤劫中舍卫城有长者,压甘蔗汁而致大富,时有辟支佛患渴病,诣长者家乞甘蔗汁,长者心生欢喜,告其妇富那奇曰:我有急缘欲出,汝在后取甘蔗汁施辟支佛。夫出,妇取辟支佛钵于屏处小便钵中,以甘蔗汁覆其上,与辟支佛,佛受已,知非是,投弃于地,空钵而还。彼妇命终,堕饿鬼中常为饥渴逼却,即今富那奇饿鬼是也。见百缘经五。

又(人名)Pūrṇeccha,比丘名。放钵国长者昙摩羡Dharmasena,此译法军,有二子,兄名羡那,此译军。弟名富那奇,此译满愿。后出家证阿罗汉,化兄羡那,令造旃檀堂请佛。各持香炉,登高楼,遥望祇洹,烧香归命,念佛及圣僧。香烟乘空至佛顶上,为一烟盖。佛知之,即语神足比丘同往。见贤愚经六。

富那奢《佛学大辞典》
