尊上经《佛学大辞典》
(经名)一卷,晋竺法护译。中阿含释中禅室尊经之别译。
尊仪《佛学大辞典》
(术语)尊贵之仪容。谓佛菩萨之形体,又贵人之真影灵牌等。尊胜经序曰:“伏乞大慈大悲普覆令见尊仪。”寄归传一曰:“普就尊仪,蹲踞合掌。”

又谓香奠,由奠于尊仪之意而名。

(术语)同尊仪。大日经六曰:“彼二种尊形成就二种事。”【尊形】(图像)金刚智仪轨曰:“其像作黄白色种种庄严其身,腰下着白衣,衣上有花文,身着轻罗绰袖之天衣,以绶带系腰,朝霞络身,其手腕以白螺为钏,其臂上之钏,七宝庄严,一一手上着指环,都十八臂,面有三目,上二手作说法之相,右第二手施无畏,第三手剑,第四手数珠,第五手微若布罗迦果(名曰子满果),第六手钺斧,第七手钩,第八手拔折罗,第九手宝鬘,左第二手如意宝幢,第三手莲华,第四手澡罐,第五手索,第六手轮,第七手螺,第八手贤瓶,第九手般若波罗蜜经夹也。”【尊形】(图像)有二样。降魔之大黑,现忿怒相。施福神之大黑,现爱乐相,忿怒相之形像。三世最胜心明王经谓有一头二手。慧琳音义谓有一头八臂。神恺大黑天神法谓有三面六臂。而日本所图者。皆三面六臂。福神大黑之形像,宜以寄归传所记者为本。而日本所行之形像。冠圆帽。负囊。持小槌。踏米袋。又,日本山门有所谓三面大黑者。是彼国古德所创。无经轨可凭。【尊形】(形像)瑜祇经大金刚焰口降伏一切魔怨品曰:“我今更说秘金刚药叉形,六臂持众器,弓箭剑轮印(印铃也,是此尊之三昧耶形)及萨埵羯磨。五眼布忿怒,三首马王髻。”秘藏记末曰:“金刚药叉不空成就佛忿怒,自性轮即牙菩萨,是寂静身。”补陀落海会轨曰:“金刚药叉不空成就佛忿怒,自性轮即可(可为牙之误,下脱菩萨二字)是寂静身(为忿怒形也)。又秽迹金刚为不空成就佛忿怒,自性轮金刚业也。秽迹即乌刍涩摩菩萨也。”
尊形曼荼罗《佛学大辞典》

尊胜佛顶《佛学大辞典》
(佛名)一名佛顶尊胜,亦名除障佛顶。是五佛顶之随一,尊胜陀罗尼之本尊,即释迦如来由佛顶现出之轮王形,为佛顶尊中之最尊,故名尊胜佛顶,能除一切惑业,故名除障佛顶。尊胜佛顶修瑜伽法仪轨下曰:“一切佛顶中,尊胜佛顶能除一切烦恼业障故,号为尊胜佛顶心,亦名除障佛顶。”同下曰:“释迦牟尼如来,结跏趺坐,作说法相。(中略)尔时世尊慈悲愍念,便入除障三摩地,从如来顶上发生惹耶三摩地,状若轮王之像,白色,首戴五佛宝冠,手执金刚钩,项背圆光,通身如车轮状,晖曜赫奕。现此三摩地时,十方世界六种震动,十方世界一切地狱六趣众生应堕恶道者,皆悉灭除,一切恶业不复受,若便生天及十方清净国土。为此善住天子七返恶道之身一时消灭,是故号为除障佛顶轮王,即是五佛顶轮王之一数,并通三佛顶八大顶轮王也。”佛顶尊胜陀罗尼念诵仪轨曰:“即于山间空闲处,或于净室,画本尊尊胜陀罗尼像安于东壁,持诵者以面对之。”
